So I added my crown royales to my Org finally, and ummm now it wants me to pay $19.95, which im not doing. So how do I delete the cards I added so I can have it back down to under 100 cards?? Or am I now stuck?

You're stuck...if you go over 100 (with or without knowing), it locks you out until you pay or subscribe to an OPG. I actually need to do some editing on my Oshie PC organize, but I'm locked out too haha. I won't be able to subscribe for awhile either

You can pay the 9.00$ for 1 month hockey opg. Then you can edit your org under 100 cards. Either that or you have to create a new account.

if you guys dont pay for a subscription how do you know the value of your cards?
do you buy beckett monthly from your lcs? or am i missing something here?

I base my values on current & ended ebay auction searches of the card im looking to price, then do an average from their. I could care less what a card "books" at. its what it sells for that matters...

Book value means absolutely nothing when your selling, its all based on demand. if theres high demand, it will sell for more then what the book says. if no one wants the card it will go way lower then book. so my advise is just do the ebay searches and see what the card your looking to price has sold for.

so relatively your going off real time pricing sales on ebay rather than beckett.
fair enough but its ironic beckett supposed to be the black book of cards.
i knew collectors did this but didnt think it was so widely accepted as the norm.

beckett makes the most sense if you're insuring your collection. most insurance companies require some valuation, and having a price guide, like beckett, helps accomplish that. that's what I do for my pc - i insure based on beckett low bv

I for one use the online price guide when trading here. I'll check eBay for low numbered cards that don't have BVs, but for most cards I only trade by BV.
