Are you kidding? e Bay will do zero about it because they get their listing fee and final sale fee and then do not forget the Paypal fee. So take 10 million ads on e Bay and do some math. They do not give a crap about whats on there. I have come across naked pictures of people full frontal nudity and they did not take them off. Seriously they say they care, but they don't give a poop!

The people that would have to be contacted are Upper Deck and Panini... and anyone else this guy is infringing on. It's their copyright laws that are being violated, and they will most likely do something about it. It's a shame that people do stuff like this to rip off others. Morality seems to be at an all time low these days.

FYI, I posted about this on UD Facebook page. UD replied "This is copyright infringement. We are already on it..." So look for all these magnets to be pulled from listings.

You know, Funny story. I just listed my wife's breast pump. It was 6 months old, purchased brand new. I supplied pictures and everything. Ebay removed my listing because it did not state that the item will be sterilized before shipping.

It's amazing how picky they are, what's even more funny, the breast pump will easily sell for over 100 bucks. granted its small change to them, but they allow items that sell for a dollar but yet my pump, no go?

of ontario i thought i could help you out with a card not graded but
im sure you would be happy are looking for just messier or howe
gretzky and messier triples quads please let me know im sure you know my scanning is the pits i can put them in organise let me know because my two daughters want me to sell and some to auction if possible
