So I just opened a box of prime signatures and my hit was a Mark Duper auto 3/5. I've read a ton of posts on here about Panini and how excellent their customer service is lol. Well my card was damaged and now I need some advice. On the bottom of the card it looks like someone started to peel the top layer of the card up. Any advice on how to go about getting a replacement for this card?

All I can say is best of luck. I've been fighting with them for 6 months now, trying to figure out where my redemption went, never got mailed to me, though they said it did.
