I'm sorry they have not answered. They still have not have answered and email about a redemption card of mine, I sent over 3 months ago about a card I redeemed 1 1/2 years ago.

You have to stop and think about the avenues in the company for that message to take. A cookie cutter CS rep would not know how to respond to that message, so that message is getting forwarded to whoever is in charge of that department. That manager is probably inundated with other more pressing matters, such as redemption fulfillment and putting out fires from replacing redemptions. Also, the company may not have any database setup for card images for someone to forward to the company. I imagine the message is being passed along down the line to try to find someone who makes these types of decisions. The farther it gets passed, the longer your answer, because the management team is probably swamped.

Lol I actually wear a Bluetooth headset that I talk on while driving, some drivers can handle the phone and still drive safely some/most can't, just like cars

I think that set is worthy of putting towards a spotlight for a collection of the month in Beckett. It's not always the quantity of cards that makes a collection super. But I'm an unredeemable set builder, so I always love seeing sets like this put together. Congrats man! I'd send in individual scans to Beckett to put up in their database.
