When you sell or trade a card, what book value are you using. High or low? Say today someone selling for 60% of book value.

It's all relative. Usually if the player is current, and good, then sell value is much closer to bv, say 80%, but if the player is white hot, you could see over 100% bv, like Cam or Flynn in the last month.

But I usually go to the left column in the books for anything that's not the first 2 qualifiers. Usually about 33% of bv.
