In fact, it was the only company that I could count on... until the early 2000s. From that point on, their CS dropped to non-existant. I lost one redemption and a couple others took way longer than normal to get redempted. A company this big, to turn it's back on one portion of their customers needs to go. I'm not one bit sad either. You are already missed |
