OT: Need some help please...

Recently sold an item on the bay, the buyer is in freakin Australia. He said he tried paying, but I guess I have it set up to where I do not allow payments from international bidders.
Does anyone know where I can change the settings in pay pal? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance guys/gals! You would enter the buyers email address & the total $$ amount. Paypal will probably charge an additional % if they have to convert to U.S. dollars.
