Just started to open a box of 2009-10 Upper Deck Retail and it says you get a rookie card in every pack , 6 packs in and i have only hit 1 rookie card!

Should i stop opening the packs and contact Upper Deck or wont they do anything about this?

if it says that you are guaranteed to get 1 rookie card per pack then it is a bad retail box. just open them all and report your situation with UD. gather your receipt, sticker hologram from the box and all the opened packs. that's all i can think for now.

opened all the packet got a massive haul of 6 rookies from 12 packs , so guess they where 50% right, also opened another box that had a 10 card pack followed by a 29 card pack lol , the packet sealing machine destroyed the fat pack tho. Sad bc i got a garnet/lebron dual and a bird/garnet dual from the box

That is weird. There is typically one RC per pack and then a handful of SP (short-printed) RCs per box. You hit two GU pieces though and you're only guaranteed one, so it evened out well in my opinion!

Spoke to Upper Deck and because the product is more than 1 year old they wont replace them , o well no harm.
