Major Pelle Lindbergh week with three additions. A nice doorbell ringer from FedEx and two in the mail. One is direct from Sweden and I have no idea what it reads on the back. But I know it is Pelle on the front.
On a somber not, I notice that Pelle appears care free and happy on the front of the ITG card. Such a pity he was taken away so early. I wonder what he might have done over a long career. Sad.
However, I prefer to remember him as a gamer and with some great memories on these cards. What do you think? With no further editorial comments...
2011-12 Canada vs The World International Material Patch Gold 1/1 (Thanks to a friend who often thinks of me)
2009-10 In The Game Between The Pipes Pad Save – Black # of 60 (Nice stitch marks across the top)
1985 Swedish Buster Pelle Lindbergh #37 (Not sure about this one but why not, it was only a couple of bucks)
