Topps is offering collectors who pull these cards the opportunity to send them back in and they will send them back a free pack of Bowman Sterling 2011 because they were supposed to be extra hits but weren't packed out that way...not sure if I will bother

They still send you your card back, you just have to send it in to prove that you pulled one...
