After a long week of work and 8 hrs of OT a much need trip to the LCS was called for. Picked up a ton of stuff for the PC, a box + 4 lose packs of UD Series 2. I also received one bubble mailer from a trade and what a bubble mailer it was but you will need to wait to the very end of the post for that.


Lets start off with the box of Upper Deck Series 2 - I think I did OK. Didn't hit the rookies I wanted but was satisfied with the break

and lastly I will end off with my ONE bubble mailer from the week. There is a bit of a story that goes behind this bubble mailer tho. I did a number of trades over on Beckett with a great member there and ended up have to wait a while for the cards. The First deal was for a 10-11 Certified TBD redemption that he already had redeemed the card without telling me. Well he got the redemption finally and was included in this package. Next trade I did was for an Artifacts Subban Rc but when the card arrived it was damaged and I asked for a replacement. Which he said he would do but give him a bit of time. Well I guess after waiting over a year it was well worth the wait. This member from Beckett is an extremely great guy and has made my day on many occasions with the extra's he throws in.

Very nice break! I would be interested in the Canvas YG CL. Those LCS pick-ups are stunning! no wonder there was no need for a #2!As for the package from Dennis, I am glad that it got to you, and that he was so generous! I was in the shop when he pulled that shadowbox, and he was pretty upset when it was the only card in the pack! Haha! He then realized what it was and how much it would be worth, and calmed down. That Alfredsson, though... HOLY COW! The flag centered in it like that is incredible! Congrats on the great pick-ups!
