Does anybody know if Topps is quicker sending non-autograph redemptions?

They sent the gold rush wrapper redemption out w/in a few days. Should be the same for non-auto cards.
It took about 2 months for me to get back my Santana Red Hot Rookie redemption. Of course that was awhile back. They could have much better customer service now. (Sarcasm intended)
