I kind of went thru the steps of online submission. Not saying it will work but this is the promo code it auto filled for me CSDM291220 - I also have a message in to Jeff to see if he knows what it is. I'll keep you updated.

I can only view the little tab that says "click here".
So I only see "1-999 cards for $7 ea."

What about autograph fees and etc?
