1989 Pro Set errors
Ok, so I highly doubt I have these errors that are worth $150 respectively but does ANYBODY know what distinguishes #483 Gerald Riggs, #480 Ernest Byner, & #478 Jim McMahon??

All I know is that two of the variations have to do with the "Traded" banner in the bottom right hand corner but that doesn't explain what Beckett lists as variations "C" and "D"- both of which are the only two options that are any value.

Now my curiosity has gotten the best of me and, like I said earlier, I highly doubt I have the error cards worth anything but I really, REALLY want to know what the errors are.

Thanks fellow collectors...

RE: 1989 Pro Set errors
Do you see on the reverse of the Jim Mcmahon card where is says "see also card #44"? There are rare versions that have the see also card #44 but does not have the traded stripe on the card front and also a version that has the traded banner on the front but does not have the see also card #. Hope this helps.

I clearly described what to look for, guess only a pic will help you, but it's pretty rare and old so good luck.

The rare variation is a combination of two of the versions. front and back. it would be impossible to see the variation from one scan.
