Im fairly new to NBA card collecting in the modern era but i could only imagine that if a team wins a Championship in a specific year that the resulting players cards from that year would increase slightly. Ie Nowitzki

So with Upper Deck locked out of the NBA till 2015 and Lebron in his prime all over Upper Decks NCAA cards, are they going be good enough? Also panini won't have any Auto cards of the potential legend.

Any thoughts?

The increase is slight and hardly notice IMO. Last year I saw about a week of interest in Dirk after they won, and that was about it. So, the first week ortwo after would be the peak of the rise in value for the champs. IE. I have a ton of Tyson Chandler. No one was knocking down my door for them.
