Payment settings help
I could use some help with my account. I am trying to send a offer to a trader with cash but it said it is not set up to accept cash or something to that effect. I am trying to find a place in my settings where it will allow me to send a cash trade. Any help would be appreciate. I really want to get this sent. Thanks.

Right now I am looking for anything of Peyton Manning, Marshall Faulk, Marvin Harrison and also mid/high end auto/gu cards of Andre Dawson
Also collecting 1991 Topps Desert Shield PSA 9 or 10 Baseball cards.

If the other person is not set up to sell, then you cannot do a cash/card deal as they charge a 5% fee to the seller for those kind of transactions, that is why your getting the error message.
