I have seen a few book cards graded on Ebay. Some people complain about how big the cases are, and they do look oversized for the card. But, it is probably the best way to protect a booklet card.

If I had a booklet card that was for personal collection, I would definitely consider having it graded. If it is for re-sale, it probably wouldn't be worth it as it is tough to get a booklet grade.
