Looks like the feedback is set up here so people do not know they are leaving negatives. Has anyone asked beckett to simplify the feedback process so this does not happen again?

Oh yeah, its been asked. This thread is so when they fix it they know who needs fixing. Leaving feedback is easy from a computer but guys are forgetting to mark the stars or using smart phones. The phones are a lot of the issue. When using a phone guys aren't seeing the stars and have no clue they are doing it.

So a trader left me feedback in the text window but forgot to check any stars. Now it looks like I have negative feedback when I shouldn't. The trader contacted customer support and got this response. What the hell is the point of customer support if they can't fix this kind of thing?
