I just wanted to give everyone the heads up on this one.

As most of you know I collect Patrick Roy BTP cards so I am always looking on eBay for the newest listed cards.

A couple of weeks ago I saw someone listed the 08-09 GU Number Gold 1/1. I thought that is odd since I own that card.



Thinking it is a honest mistake (since the only way you can tell is that the foil on the front is gold and not silver) I contacted the seller to let them know with the examples of my cards. I didn't want them to sell it and then have troubles after.

So he contacted me back thanked me and changed the auction to the one below:

I log in and look for new BTP cards this morning and what do I find?

Same seller, relisted the same card that was just "sold" and is representing it as a card they know it isn't.

Just wanted to share with everyone.

just a suggestion....you should report his auction...then the seller will get the only thing he deserves and thats to lose his ability to sell
