I just found some cards on ebay that say gold rush but look like the base set cards. Does anyond know where they came from?

In 2012 Topps allowed hobby stores to sign up for there hobby program for 2012. Each store got a box of goodies to create a buzz about 2012 Topps series one baseball. One of the items in the package was a 30 card random pack of the Gold Rush parallels. Most of the people I have spoken to about these seems to feel that there are less of these printed then even the Topps Black parallels.

On another note, the Tiffany sets were ordered by stores all those years ago and were not a promotional item like the Gold Rush cards are.

I hope this sheds some light on these very hard to find cards.
