If you have a local hobby shop that is part of the giveaway then they are probably worth going after.

no scan i don't know why it wont let me been trying .
yeah there is no hobby shop that does these around here the closest one is like 500 miles away . the sell the cards thats about all around here .. i mean reading does make me interested in what it is 
Sounds like part of Topps Prime 9 Redemption contest. You'll find redemption cards in packs which you can then bring to your LCS; they'll redeem it for you with a card of a Home Run Legend. However, since dealers got the first 5 cards up front, some unscrupulius dealers have just put them online already.
