Randi's Handy Hints

RE: Randi's Handy Hints
My bad... I forgot that you mentioned that the cards were not secured in the envelope. Personally, I would have been a bit upset about it too. Everything got to you in good shape, so that is that, but the courtesy should have been there too.

Baggies for the cards, folks! Haha! Even if you fold the invoice or another piece of paper around the cards, make sure that they do not rumble around in the mailer. OP edited!

This is an awesome resource, thanks for putting it together.

Thank you for reading and for the compliment, Al! Looks like Mike took the liberty (thanks, buddy) of showing how to anchor hyperlinks. @Mike: now if only I can be shown how to hyperlink bookmarks from another page on the forums, that would be great! I have looked it up, followed to a tee and got the result of jumping to the page, but not the anchor.

Example:
Code:
<a href="http://www.beckett.com/forums/thread-1485964-post-1893171.html#pid1893171#feedback">Feedback</a>

This should bring me back to the first page and jump down to the Feedback section of the OP, but it does not. It brings me to the page, but only the top... like so.

Feedback

Any ideas? Thanks, Mike!

RE: Randi's Handy Hints
Off the top of my head I'm not sure because I've never done anchors from one page to another in a forum. I know on my old portfolio site I linked from the home page to an anchor on my portfolio page using the technique the same way as you...

Maybe it has something to do with it being in a forum, I'm not sure.

I'm going to figure it out though lol
