Are these considered EXPOs or Factory prints?

Are these considered EXPOs or Factory prints?
Looking through the list of Irbe cards on beckett, I noticed quit a few cards listed as "All-Star Game" that I dont have on my checklist. Heres an example:

2002-03 BAP Memorabilia NHL All-Star Game #13 Arturs IrbeSER 10
2002-03 BAP Memorabilia NHL All-Star Game Blue #13 Arturs IrbeSER 1
2002-03 BAP Memorabilia NHL All-Star Game Green #13 Arturs IrbeSER 1 2002-03 BAP Memorabilia NHL All-Star Game Red #13 Arturs IrbeSER

What are these?? Just like promo/expo cards released at the All-star game? The list I use it a factory issue list and these type of cards are not on there. I know there are some insert sets like Like 01-02 BAP Memorbilia All-Star emblems, All-star, Numbers, All-star Teamates etc that are official factory releases, but what the heck are the "All-Star Game" cards listed on the becket list?

Just curious cause I dont make a point to collection expo type cards and dont include them in my search to get 1 of each Irbe card ever made...

I don't think they are expo cards. I could be wrong but I think someone on here started to collect the blue ones. Or that could be a totally different set.

That's just a complete guess by the way lol

I am not positive, but I have a Stanislav Chistov card that has an All Star stamp on it from the same set. I think these cards were released at the all star game but I'm not positive like I said.
