dude bought some Expo11 hockey cards from us (star rookies none the less) marks it recieved on Nov 28th, 2011 ..... plus ..... he leaves me great feedback

and now he is disputing the charges (3+months later) via his credit card company saying he never authorized the purchase ???

I guess it's just another way to rip me off ???

AAAARRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

even Paypal thinks I won't have enough to fight it (sent copies of my reciepts, feedback etc. etc.) because credit card companies usually side with their customers

Peson bought a Tebow rc blue chrome card /199.

Then disputed the charge and paypal held my money.
I entered the tracking info since I printed the label via paypal.

A week went by and nothing.
I called them last night and ask the status of my claim.

They said all I need is the tracking info from the card and they will release the funds since i have that protection thingy.

Boom. got my money back.

So you may have to call and explain what happen and be patient on the phone.

(the guy that bought the card and file the fraud charge left positive feedback too)

thanks for your reply ..... unfortunately all I have is a Customs reciept to his address and we don't have DC#s here to the States (unless I was going to spend $12 for one) so they say I have no "proof of delivery" even though he marked it recieved and left me positive feedback

Sorry to hear about this pbean. It makes me sick that these people do this crap. Karma will get even with him. I know that does not help you out now but when it gets him it will be ten fold.

I actually work for a MSP ( Merchant Services Provider ) little know fact that you van perform a chargeback on 99 % of all credit card purchases within the first 6 months? And you are absolutely correct that the card co's will side with their customers because their customers ow them money. my 2 cents

Look up the rules on Paypal.

My recollection is that for "Unauthorized Use" chargebacks, you only need proof of SHIPMENT to the paypal address not proof of DELIVERY.

Most likely paypal will take the money from you, but find the policy and CALL them. Point out their policy and they should eat the chargeback, not you.

Same thing happened to me. Without the DC # I didn't have a fighting chance. Ebay is always my last resort to buy/sell.
