interested in buying, however I have the book value about $800-$850 less than your sell price...isnt rule of thumb a 9.5 gives a 1.5x multiplier over the hi bv?

A card out of 10 is already rare, so it being the only 1 at that grade doesnt really give the bump youre giving it imo...let me know if youre willing to come down.
