Do you think the purple spots will lower the grade to much? 
I would say it is not worth grading that 87 Dumars.. Edging looks chipped. Purple spots would bring down the grade. But then again. I am not too familiar with how BGS grades. I've never sent anything in & only own a few graded cards.
