Question about Selling

Ok how does it work on the site? I know you have to put in the sale price of the card you have for sale. But Do they list the card on the Market Place? Is there a Fee? Or does the other Person just send you the Payment directly like in a trade?

Looking for all Kirby Puckett I do not have! Have 805 unique Puckett cards, rest listed as wants.
