Case #4, Box #11
Blue /499: Madison Boer Blue refractor /199: David Goforth Refractor Auto /500: Kyle Crick Grade: D Comments: Gold auto to finish off this case, please? Case #4, Box #12 Blue /499: Trystan Magnuson Blue /499: Justin James Gold refractor /50: Keegan Thompson Yellow chrome printing plate /1: D. J. LeMahieu Auto EXCH: Jose Fernandez Grade: C- Comments: Lots of interesting stuff, but nothing with much cash value. Case #4 Summary Grade: B- Comments: Really solid value in this case. The Bradley blue refractor was the highlight, but there were a handful of $40 cards that made for a majority of winning boxes. It was good enough to make up for one of the two previous cases. One more case like this and I’ll be back to even in terms of product/outlay.

RE: 2011 Bowman Draft 10 Case Break and Contest Thread [CONTEST #2 NOW OPEN]
Okay, contest closed. We have 31 contestants representing 21 different prospect autos (10 people doubled or tripled on a player), with 13 prospect autos unselected. Good luck everyone!
Case #5, Box #1 Blue /499: Trevor Story Blue refractor /199: Archie Bradley Auto: Joe Panik Grade: C Comments: I couldn’t figure out why three contestants would pick Joe Panik when there were so many remaining prospect autos to pick. I guess you knew something. Panik takes an early lead. Base auto leaderboard: 1 – Joe Panik
Case #5, Box #2
Blue /499: Rick Anton Blue /499: Duane Below Gold refractor /50: Kyle Weiland Gold refractor auto /50: Travis Harrison Orange refractor USA auto /25: Jordan Sheffield Grade: A+ Comments: Day-amn! Base auto leaderboard: 1 – Joe Panik
That is some serious quality. So I guess one out of every five cases has a super box. Good odds.
Case #5, Box #3
Blue /499: Salvador Perez Blue refractor /199: Arodys Vizcaino Auto: Daniel Vogelbach Grade: D- Comments: I swear to you that Vogelbach is so fat his card is twice as heavy as most autos. Base auto leaderboard: 1 – Joe Panik 1 – Daniel Vogelbach
LOL - fattest first baseman I can remember on a card since Balboni and Kruk
Case #5, Box #4
Blue /499: Juan Nicasio Blue /499: C. J. Cron Blue refractor /199: Tyler Alamo Auto: Daniel Dylan Bundy Grade: C Comments: Decent start to the 5th case, but I’m done busting for the night. Interestingly, I think I'm just a card or two away from a complete set of refractors now, both RC and prospects. In a way it's nice, but putting together any kind of numbered set this year is going to be close to impossible. Maybe it will drive up the value of the blue refractors. Base auto leaderboard: 1 – Joe Panik 1 – Daniel Vogelbach 1 – Dylan Bundy
every time i see the vogelbach card i think of patton oswalt for some reason
Another great banner by jbel4331! Also collecting Brewers prospects and Hall of Fame autos |
