So I ended up going back to target and checked the shrink wrap like you guys said and did notice that pretty much every brand has the company stamped on them. So I asked a manager about returning the tin and showed him the post on this thread bout people buying & returning them after picking through the inserts. He let me exchange it for a $19.99 blaster of UDS1 and gave me the cash back. We went and check the shelves together, 1 of the 3 UDS1 had the "reshrinked" wrap on it, so he pulled it. there were 2 boxes of football that had plain wrap on them too. I told them Im not sure if all brands of football have the brand on the war, but he pulled them anyway.

On my exchanged, cheaper, box of UDS1 I ended up getting: YGs: Justin Faulk, Raphael Diaz & Marcus Kruger. Ultimate Team Patrick Kane. 1950's Johnny Bucyk. UD Canvas Pavel Datsyuk. Much better then the scam tin of absolutely nothing!
Also bought 2 packs of 07-08 Fleer for $1.50/ea. Got a Malkin gold medallion and Rookie Redemption #RED255, gotta check who that is still.

Question: Can I still redeem an 07-08 redemption card or is it to old?

And thanks for your help on this scam guys. The effort people goto to rip stuff off amazes me. So now me & the target store manager are now informed.
