Dont cut! They are paper stock not card stock. The SI cards sell for much less than the 54 Topps cards. People try to pass them off as real 54's it kinda has given the SI cards a bad name. Also it will devalue the mag as mentioned. BGS I know will and I think PSA will grade magazines.
