There are no orders in the system attached to your username "ak11". Can't look you up by first and last name since your have only the first letter of your last name entered on this site.

As for the pop report, the web page for the pop report has to be re-written to pull it's data from the new database. That new database IS up-to-date, we just need to get the web page redone to use it. Probably a couple more weeks minimum.

Hey IT guy I also received an order shipped email yesterday without tracking info. Also the way I get the final grades for the cards is different than in the past. Is this a new system or is the old one broken?

How long does it take to process a 2 day order, my cards were delivered yesterday morning. Just wondering as I haven't received an email yet.
