I mailed in a submission last week, with delivery confirmation saying the package arrived on Friday. In my past experience, I have always received an e-mail confirming receipt, entry into the system, and the deadline by which the cards would be graded. I am a little concerned as I have received nothing via e-mail, nor does my order status page reflect that the submission has been received. Is there some sort of lag going on now that I'm not aware of? Thanks!

The same happened to me. I sent a 2 day sub. It was received on 12/15 and I still haven't heard anything. I called customer service and they cant seem to find it either. Im not very pleased that I paid for the 2 da service and they can't even find my order.

They couldn't find it? It should have been graded and shipped yesterday! Did they give you any other information?

Nope. Just to call back tomorrow. Pretty frustrating since I paid quite a bit for the 2 day special. Hopefully I'll get some info by tomorrow

Absolutely frustrating. I'm going to have to call tomorrow about mine as well. While I wasn't getting super quick grading and only submitted 7 cards, they were all fairly expensive high profile cards. Awesome. Let me know what they tell you tomorrow and I'll do the same.

jmn231 and Eagles33 , both of you please provide details. Shipping method, tracking or delivery confirmation number, and the name or username it was submitted under if it wasn't under the ones you post messages with.

I sent my 2 day order and it was recieved today at 10:59. Are the emails coming on the day it is supposed to pop with 2 day service also ? I just did a 20 day and I got the email last night on day 20. Thanks for the help.
