I remember there was a numbering mix up back then ,but not exactly sure of details. Found this A.P. in a box and would like to list it correctly. Anyone know exactly where it's listed so I can list it for trade in organize?

According to the beckett bible, it should just be 1994-95 Pinnacle Artist's Proof 521 Jamie Storr and doesn't mention any numbering mix-up...
EDIT: further reading reveals that at the time, Pinnacle printed two different production runs. Press releases stated that there were 700 of each Artist's Proof card whereas pack wrappers stated that there were only 500 of each Artist's Proof card... maybe this is the mix-up you were referring to?
