Is this not an Error Card?

Why would this be an error? Am I missing something or are you referring to the picture versus the team name listed. Some cards of Frank Thomas in 2009 show him as an A's, BlueJays, and even WhiteSox player.
The stupid card company simply used a picture of Thomas as an Oakland A yet showed that he is now on the BlueJays. This used to happen all the time until companies started airbrushing the pictures and then eventually photoshopping them to show the new team uniform. Is it an error card, NO. Is it a stupid photo for Fleer to use on the card, YES.

I wouldn't think this to be an error. I seem to see these things all the time.

Not an error - he just got traded to/signed by a new team while the card was being designed/produced. They updated the team name, but didn't have enough time (for whatever reason) to get an updated picture.

Yea, it's a common practice. It's not an error, but this happens all the time.
definately not an error......... thomas was traded and they didnt have a pic with the new uniform for the card so they just put a pic with the team he was currently with before the trade........ it used to happen a lot and probably still does

Then this could be a double or triple error...
