Lately I've been noticing a lot of new posters/users coming to the graded boards,,,,, so the below is intended to assist those users out in having a better overall experience on the GRADED BOARDS portion of this website,,,,,,

We have a team email mods use == that is moderator.beckett@gmail.com ,,,,,,,, This email is monitored daily,,,,, you are free to email the mod team at that email and we will assist as best we can,,,,, any questions that need referring up the ladder will be forwarded to the appropriate people,,,,,

Generally within 24 hours I can answer,,,,, if I cannot provide you with a direct answer I will let you know what I have done to resolve your issue AND will update you immediately when I am answered,,,,, sometimes you will get multiple emails,,,,,

Most everyone knows I will try to provide answers as best as possible without revealing information I am not allowed to disseminate,,,,,,, sometimes an answer may take a while ,,,, but you will always get an answer from me. Might be within hours or may take me months to get it but you will always get the answer as soon as I have it,,,,,,


As you may have seen over the last couple days an entire team of Beckett staffers will jump in as needed,,,,,, Mark Anderson (Director of Beckett Grading) has handled recent inquiries ,,,,,,,as has our own intrepid IT Guy ( name withheld to protect the innocent),,,,, you may also see others such jump in who may have direct involvement with many aspects of the sites overhaul and they will update users as they can as the site progresses in its overhaul,,,,,
