Rare 90's inserts
Need your expert opinion here, gents.
I've read in several threads that various 90's inserts command premiums (otw known as full BV) while others are generally quarter bin fodder.
Since it seems like Beckett pricing rarely reflects actual ebay sales, does anyone have personal or anecdotal evidence as to which cards are selling well?
I have a TON of 90's product that I tend to just giveaway, but if there's some out there that are selling, I'd like to put them up for trade or on the bay.

Yeah I sell alot of inserts...some are junk and others sell for 3x book...depends on the player and serial numbering alot too....90's stuff /100 or less is very sought after

I've been trying to put together the parallel and sub-sets from the 90's and believe me many of them are a beast to locate. I've run into some cards that just don't seem to exist anymore.

Right, I get that Beckett doesn't rely solely on ebay sales. That makes 100% sense. But it seems as if they completely ignore them altogether.
Outside of Crusade and Rave are there any specific sets that you've seen go for a premium?
Collecting Orioles, Ravens, and Topps Baseball sets 57, (Finally finished 58!), 67, and 69 (need only 2!). Also, MLB HOF Autos.

What your looking for man is the rare cards. The cards that in the 90s were 1:10,000 etc. Rave, Rubies, Legacy, Essential Credentials, etc. Many of these are serial #'d/100 or less and for that time period that is a very limited number. They aren't likely in your quarter box though. Many have decent BV. I think a Legacy Ripken for example books $250.
If you don't see the cards on Ebay then that's a clue they are harder to locate these days. Unless you have the extremely mass produced inserts of the 90s you may wanna mark them FT. Many of us are looking for cards to fill in gaps in our player collections.

^ pretty much nailed it... one huge non-foolproof thing to look at is simply odds of getting one of any player or serial number if there is one. although it won't tell you all of the potentially high demand cards it will snag a lot of them
also depends on the player. even for no name players some of the extremely hard to find inserts can fetch a nice price since a lot of times its "oh that hardly ever pops up I better grab it in case a so and so collector wants it/needs it"
