Been deciding to collect and not a baseball person but wanted to either do basketball/FB or baseball/basketball what rookies for this year should I be Looking for? or where should I start ?

Start with someone you like. Then look at affordability.
You have to answer that question yourself. It might sound corny, but you have to find something that you feel passionate about that you're able to fit within your particular budget constraints. Maybe it's a player, maybe a team, maybe a set, just find something that you feel drawn to and go for it.
