This was my first experience opening any Panini Product and I have to say that I as well was Very disappointed with the Pulls. I wouldn’t suggest Panini Certified to anyone.
With Upperdeck the boxes/cases seem to be more evenly distributed – This would give everyone the chance at better pulls. certified is surely horrible – |

this year certfied has been bad in my mind
last year was better in my mind using tracking numbers (all US and some Can) |

Its stink buying boxes/cases looking for a decent return and getting garbage that only die hard PC will want. Good luck in the future.
