Not tiffany. As many have said, Tiffany will have glossy front and is printed on different stock than Topps regular issue cards. A whiter and brighter card stock. Which make the Tiffany issue MUCH more appeling to the eye. Who knows why it took Topps so long to realize they needed to use better stock for their base sets.
