I would say ok with the Harper and die cuts. I buy all my value box;s ay target now and have hit some major nice autos. All from meijer and wally world have been bummers, pulled an auto and refactor out of 6/10 from target. dont know why that is.

I've hit plenty from Walmart and Meijer in the past, but I know what you're sayin about Target, I don't get it either lol And the Harpers fall 1 per box so it's not like it was a major find lol
