I made a trade on another site and the guy is telling me it will cost him around $25.

But I have never seen any mail cost that much from the USA.

Hey Gary, First class registered mail will run about $14 total. I've mailed several packages to Canada registered so it shouldn't cost more than that. Might ask if he's shipping priority mail with registered. That would run about $25.

I beleive express mail option is around $25 to mail a card... it is signature/tracking/insurance

as I used it on high end trades

The problem is the trader is new and don't want to spend that kind of money but the trade value is kind of high and i asked for him to do so and i am doing the same.
