So as Jeff mentioned, "There is no such rule that says "the final grade can always only be a half point higher than the lowest sub."" Mine is 1.5 above the lowest subgrade! Personally I think of them more like guidelines. The subs help determine the cards grade, plus the age and the condition sensitivity of the set plays a role into it from what I gather.

Sweet! I have never seen one 1.5 points above the lowest grade - only 1.0. If anyone has any that are at least .5 above the two lowest grades, I would love to see them.
