Update- I'm still waiting on delivery of 4 cases (some excuses on the dealer's part and a $90 surprise shipping charge, so i'll pick those up at a local show on the 17th).

I had left off with 3 boxes left of case 7 and had not completed case 5 either. Opened the rest onf those boxes and here are the results:

Steak n' Shake Vanilla Coke is the best beverage ever. I'll go in and just order one of those to go. Kroger (midwest grocery chain) has their own brand of the stuff, but it just isn't the same.
