Redemption mailday

I posted about a week ago about getting an expired redemption from 2008 Press Pass Bowl Edition and I called Press Pass and was told they still would honor it. Here it is already. That's incredible customer service. A redemption return in a week. Take some notes Panini! It is for trade.

That's great service, I used to not buy Press Pass but started back after I heard all the great customer service......alot of the companies should take note, I'm sure it would increase their sales.
