Need help identifying this card please...
Was in a box of older cards I picked up on ebay, it looks like a Topps 91-92 403 Brett Hull, but it's got a "Topps 2003 Fan Favorite Vintage Card" logo embossed into it, just under the 16 on Hull's sleeve.... is it one of the 91-92s that somebody messed with, or did Topps issue these in 2003?? Thanks...

2002-03 (or 03-04) Topps Fan Favorites Brett Hull
it is basically a buyback that was in in packs of that year product

yea I couldn't find it online
saw it via ebay listing
using tracking numbers (all US and some Can)
