found 1 box of NASCAR stealth
HI! I found a box of NASCAR stealth cards and found a metal of honor Brad keselowski. I also have a question, it says 11/99. Whats this mean?

there are different levels of cards. parrallel versions. IN THIS case there were the medal of honor, the purple heart and the silver star. It appears you have the silver star version which was numbered to only 99 cards. yours is card 11 of those 99
