Nice Panini replacement
Hi folks
today I got a nice replacement from Panini after I told them that a memorabilia card in a 2010-11 Donruss box was missing. I think Panini did well in this case:

My initial request was on 07/22/11. Their CS was really slow but after I got the final answer on 10/08/11 the replacement cards arrived yesterday.
If anyone is interested in those cards feel free to send me an offer.
