Why have I not seen ANY of some of the parallels on the bay yet?

2011 Topps Platinum #187 2011 Rookie Premiere- this one is /1 so I can understand that but ....there is also another version numbered to /1 that is not the superfractor that I have not seen

Whats going on? where are these cards? especially the white refractors, they are numbered to /50

Really? Both the white refractor and the rookie premiere? I just figured out the 1/1 that is non superfractor are the blank backs sold buy topps vault.

Rookie premiere I am not sure about. But the white refractors don't exist.
