How long do we have to wait ? I bought some 2011 R&S when it was released, got a Jacquizz Rodgers auto redemp. and still says pending? I sent a message asking for a replacement, something Patriots....do I have a chance at that or am I stuck waiting ?

when u redeemed it did u choose how long to wait before you got a replacement?
Also...Panini customer service...well calling it a joke is being very polite.

If you didnt select a wait time then I think it automatically selects 4 months for you.

I'm still waiting on my chris johnson national treasurers rookie, i redeemed this one two and a half years ago now and i'm still waiting, also waiting on kenny britt playoff contenders rookie as well which has only been 12 months.

According to the blog Panini runs on redemptions (10/4/11) Jacquizz Rodgers has signed and it mentions the R&S as signed.
