bpab16... it's not like 2011 Topps Platinum where the cards in the blasters are the exact same things you can get out of a Hobby box. The 2011 Topps Prime Retail are about the same thickness as your ordinary card (think base card of platinum thickness). Usually, Topps Prime cards from a hobby box are very thick cards....even the base ones. To think about it in terms of BV, Topps Prime Retail are usually only about 1/2 the BV of Topps Prime from hobby boxes...and to top it off, Topps Prime Retail are usually #'d differently then Topps Prime (Hobby box). As an example, let's say that 2011 Topps Prime Cam Newton is card #1... well, in Topps Prime Retail it might be #123. It's just another way to tell the difference.

So I caution folks when buying the Prime blasters, that way you don't throw your money away without being fully knowledgeable...especially when you see the blasters at like Wal-Mart or Target in my case.
